ROG Crosshair X670E Hero
X670E · ATX · DDR5

A flagship Z790 board with a 20+1 power stage design for a stock or overclocked i9, PCIe 5.0 x16, a bundled Gen5 M.2 card, and five M.2 total. WiFi and 192GB DDR5 support included. The premium is aesthetics and I/O, not raw speed; a B760 runs the same chip for a fraction of the price.

My high-clock Intel kit locked in without fuss. BIOS is deep if you like tuning. Premium tier and it feels like it.
Nothing wrong with it at all. But a Z790 Aorus Elite does 95 percent of this for half the money. You are buying the badge and the VRM headroom.
I run a lot of drives and this handles all of them under heatsinks. Thunderbolt and top-tier I/O. Expensive but I use every feature.
The 20+1 VRM never gets warm even with a 14900K at load. Gorgeous board with Gen5 x16 and a bundled M.2 riser, but you pay for aesthetics.
